What Are Your Autographed Baseball Cards Are Worth?

Find out what your Autographed Baseball Cards are worth is not an easy task.  Pricing autographed baseball cards can be a tricky subject and many autographed baseball card collectors use different ways of figuring out what their cards are really worth.  Two of the most popular baseball card price guides are Beckett and Tuff Stuff. A tricky thing about different price guides is that they may have different values for the same card! At this time Beckett is the most commonly used guide. Some collectors love Beckett and some hate it, but the bottom line is that Beckett is the resource that most collectors use. Its important to keep in mind that an Autographed Baseball card is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.  One way that you can increase the value of your autographed baseball cards is by getting them graded.  Autographed baseball cards are much more valuable than cards that are not.  Sports card grading is the process of sending your cards to a 3rd party company of highly trained grading experts. ("Highly trained" does not necessarily mean that you will always agree with them.) The card grading services will look at your card from every possible angle to determine its final grade. While under the microscope (literally), the color, surface, centering, corners and edges of your card will be evaluated.  If your card is in good condition and it doesn’t have any damage to it like creases then your card will receive a higher grade.  Once your autographed baseball cards are graded you can now find the best place to sell them.  If the cards are graded then you should be able to sell then pretty fast because autographed baseball cards are always in demand.  The average baseball card collectors don’t want to spend time or money it takes to grade baseball cards but the truth is it can only help you as a baseball card collector.  Also it is a great way to protect your valuable Autographed baseball cards since the grading company will place your cards in hard plastic covers that will keep your cards safe and unharmed.
